I've learnt a thing or two 

and thought I should share it with you too

first, look at the sun

and learn to have some fun


two, when your fears confront you, please don't run

instead, fight them one by one till you're done

i once did that, and guess what, i won! hun


three, be free

but also have a routine

don't spend the whole day staring at the screen

get your lazy butt off the bed and get clean

you'll say "Oh, but i'm just a teen"

i'll say "stop your wean! change your ugly green tee! quit the lean! don't make a scene! and GO MAKE ME SOME TEA! queen🌟


aah! foolish me 

always loosing sight of what i thought was key

but that was quite good, do you agree?

no!? okay then let me get back on track

but first, allow me to grab a quick snack


hey! i'm back

you'll never believe who i saw at the back

it was Jack 

showing Luck his new track

the previous one was a wack

no wonder Luck was with Mark

hmmm! this world is dark


anyway let me get back on track

and add the fourth onto the stack

allow yourself to love and feel the love

it is the greatest gift from above

but don't shove for it, in good time it will land on you like a dove

so, my dear, sit still and don't move

and you will ask "What if i'm meant to be alone, like a stove?"

i'll stroke your tiny head and whisper in your ear

"When the time is right, it will fit like a glove, love"


it's past my bedtime

and i'm all out of rhyme

being 85 should be a crime

all i've done today is sit and dine

Guysss!!! I was doing my bible study a few days ago, the book of 2nd Kings 2, about how Elisha cursed the 42 boys who called him baldy and they were mauled to pieces by 2 she-bears. I was SHOCKED! I was like 'eeeei was that really necessary?'. But I told myself God knows best. As I kept reading the next chapters, I came across another shocking chapter, 2nd Kings 7. The story of the personal assistant of the King who had quite the sharp tongue, so backstory; Syria and Israel are at war, Syria laid siege to the Israelites and as a result, there was food shortage. And it goes on for some time, it gets so bad that 2 women agreed to eat their children (Yes, even me, I was shocked. I tell you, reading this book was like watching a movie, drama after drama). Well yes, Latibule is an actual word, a suggested word actually that means a hiding place, a place of comfort, a place where you and I can be free to express ourselves. A place where 5+5 is 10 and so is 9+1. A virtual space we can call home. Your second question might probably be "why then should our comfort place die?", "Are you killing our virtual home so soon?   Let's go to a place we've never been to before.  A place we only see in movie scenes and find between the pages of our favorite books.  Where the sun meets the moon and the stars watch in awe. Where the moon is always full, the clouds fluffy, and the air crispy.  A place we'll walk barefoot and the soft green grass will embrace our tired feet and carry us home. Where the rain will kiss our bruised cheeks and cool our heavy hearts.
